Holy Eucharist is the center of the liturgical life of God’s people and it is the major responsibility of the Altar Guild to see that the Lord’s Table is prepared for all Eucharistic services.  Altar Guild members working in pairs prepare all linens and other altar accessories for our communion as well as for other church festivals. Because of the rites in the Episcopal Church, the guild’s main objective is the care, beauty, and preservation of these sacred articles for worship. The Altar Guild’s convenor also orders flowers for all worship and liturgical services.
